Our room was clean and recently renovated, with nice towels and a great view from the balcony.

This is a very charming little place. Nicely decorated rooms and spotlessly clean. The room was very good and comfortable. Maid service also good.
Well--for one--it was very hard to find a staff person who spoke English. There was a manager that would be there every few days or so, and he was ok. I could at least communicate with him. But it was hard expressing my needs to many a staff person who knew zero English. I did have some fellow dwellers there who helped out with translating, so that was good! There is a peculiar echo to this place. Hard to explain, but noise levels would rise at untimely moments--but if you could get over that--it was a decent place to stay.

Everything was great, including very amiable staff that did the night shift. We were in the guest room with a storage space and a hair dryer.

The hotel is very clean with a great location near the main bus station and spacious rooms, and the staff at check-in was very friendly.

Good and helpful staff but no english at all. The singles have a window with a view on stepway inside the hotel. Some doubles have a view on the street (a little bit noisy), some - on a wall, no air.
Conditioner worked badly, Sevilla is very hot town. So this point is low in this hotel.

I was given a room probably for a housekeeper, not a hotel guest.

The staff at the reception desk were incredibly nice. Great location, only 5 minutes to Plaza de Armas.- Found in a fairly quiet area near Prado de San Sebastián bus station, the bus stop, and trains.

Location: near the places of interest
Location: it is impossible to find right way to reach hotel by car, and when you fownd out it, You can't even stop the car to go out and take bagage: the street is very narrow

Just the location
They said WIFI in the webpage but it is not working in the room just in the lobby. There is not any English speaking staff. Walls are paper thin and the rooms ara very noisy make it impossible to sleep. You almost hear all the vantilations of the air condition system. They take 10 Euros deposit for the remote commander of the television.

The location was very central, just a short walk from a famous museum, and the staff were friendly, plus the room was really nice.

It is in a very good location. The room was clean enough to stay. It's a good value for money. But the staff didnot speak a bit of English. Although they were friendly except one. The air conditioning didn't work. Overall it's an average hotel in a very convenient location. You can literally walk to any place in the city.

Friendly staff, good location, nice design, elevator, comfortable bathroom. There is wi-fi in hotel, but you can use it only near the door of your room)) (it wasn't really important for us). It's quite enough and no noise from the street at all. 24-Hour reception. In general, it was a pleasant surprise for us to see this hotel and our room - really not bad for hostal and for such money.
Staff doesn't speak english at all (but they try to help you in any case). There is no air conditioning in room (but this is mentioned in the description of hotel), and there is only window facing the small closed yard.

Location: the hotel was close enough to bus station and supermarket, surrounding area, and the City centre, main bus station, a substantial Supermarket and plenty of places to eat and drink. Everything was great, recently renovated room with a double bed: )
